When will I receive my order?

The moment we receive your order and payment we proceed with the packing and shipping of your purchase. The chocolates are being send via courier and should arrive within 7 days after confirmation of your order (depending of the country of destination). If you want the goods to arrive at a specific date, please state it clearly on the order form. We will do our utmost to make sure the date is met.

How should I store the chocolates?

Your chocolate is best stored in a cool (12° - 20°c) and  dry environment. Avoid storing your chocolate in a place where there are strong odours as the chocolate absorbs odours easily.

It is possible to refrigerate your chocolates during the warmer summer months. However, if you do choose to put them in the refrigerator we recommend sealing the chocolates in an airtight container, to prevent excessive moisture and odours from damaging the chocolate.

Avoid quick and brutal temperature changes as there is the possibility of blooming : e.g. the cocoa butter migrates to the surface of the chocolate and forms a white layer on the chocolate.

Can I find these products in the store?

You cannot find the products in the store.. The Strictly Chocolates neapolitains range is exclusive for on-line commerce. They are not being sold in shops yet. If the demand continues to grow we might open up flagship stores in specific countries. This will be communicated on our website and via mail to our registred customers.  

Do your products contain nuts ?

All our products may contain traces of nuts or nuts.

How to pay?

The payment goes via Credit card (not operational yet) or bank transfer. You will be able to use Visa or Pay Pal.The prices payable for products that you order are as set out in our pricelist. When ordering on line we must receive payment of the whole of the price for the products that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.You are required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. You will be notified of this via mail. Our delivery charges are set out during the order process.

Why did you cancel my order?

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

-we have insufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered. If this is the case, we will contact you to advise of an availability date or to offer you a substitute product;
-we do not deliver to your area; or
-one or more of the products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
